Make an Appointment

I know that your intentions to exercise during the week or on the weekend are good. Unfortunately they are not good enough unless you pencil your exercise into your day. Make an appointment with yourself and you will be more likely to follow through with your plan to exercise because now you have made "REAL" time for yourself to do so.
