you can do them in a row, you can do 1 set in the morning 1 in the afternoon. You can modify your pushups (on your knees), you can do them however you like just do 40 pushups a day for the next 7 days.

You will Only Benefit from this challenge if you PHYSICALLY DO IT! It will take a total of 5 minutes out of your day, (if that) there is no reason for you not to do This. Come on guys!...this is an added bonus to your training. Time To Pushup and Take Care of You.
