I used to run and do resistance training practically every day. However, after a series of knee and foot injuries and other health problems set me back I felt I needed a trainer to help me get back on track. I am a member of Gold’s Gym in New Jersey, and while I have had Christine as my trainer for less than a year, I have to say she is the most professional, positive and demanding trainer I have ever worked with.
I recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape or get themselves to that next level of fitness!
