I am working hard on my goal to update your blog everyday yesterday I goofed, sorry. Today I am doubling up two days in one to make it up to you!
At Home Work Out:
Jumping Jack
Butterfly- Stand with feet wider than shoulder width apart, toes turned outward 45 degrees and arms extended out to the sides at shoulder level, palms down. Bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to floor and lower arms so that wrists cross in front of your hips. Make sure to keep your torso tall. Hold for 3 counts, squeeze glutes as you straighten legs and rise onto toes, Simultaneously sweeping arms out to sides and up until wrists cross overhead.
Push up/plank hold plank position in for 30 seconds in between each push up.
CHALLENGE:
Be a Positive thinker. There is always a more Positive way to see things so look for it. "I PROMISE" your days will be much easier because you think Positive. If you can think it you Will believe it! The challenge is, "what do you choose to believe?"
