Berry-Bleu Cheese Salad

makes one serving

2 1/2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
1 Tbsp pecans and walnuts
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp balsamic vinagar(optional)
1 tsp olive oil (optional)

I personally do not use dressing I feel it takes away from the flavory goodness of this delicious salad, ENJOY!
